Famore Business Brokers started and first established a residential real estate office in 1982. We served the local community in the residential property market. In 1987 the Business - Commercial property sales and Investment property markets started to show tremendous potential and the Directors made a commitment at that juncture to focus our long term efforts in these areas.

Because we felt it very important to promote the businesses that had given us their confidence we felt it to be beneficial to market their properties in a professional and timely manner. At that time we felt convinced that our best choice was to utilise the World Wide Web

We made a significant decision in 1996 when we saw the advent of the Internet and proceeded to create a Commercial Web Site which also had significant search capabilities, that would enable any visitor to our site to search by several different fields. With the advent of the Internet we have seen a significant number of inquiries from many countries around the world and we have seen many of our clients make sales from Internet inquiries both local and International. William Black (Bill) - Business Buyers Guide - Director & Licensee of Famore Business Brokers - Licensed Real Estate Agent. Bill has been married to Dorothy his wife who he first met while serving in the RAAF - in which Service he spent 24 years.

After resigning from the Air Force in 1978, he has been actively involved ever since in the field of Business as either a Business owner or a Business Broker and more often then not as both at the same time.
Bill entered the Real Estate industry in 1982 so has now accrued some 20 years experience in all fields of the Industry including residential sales and letting and business, commercial and rural sales. During this time he has been involved with several major Real Estate Offices that include The Professionals and PRD Realty.
In 1994, he started a professional Businesses for sale Catalogue which is still being produced. Bill is passionately concerned with the rights and welfare of all Australian Business people as he believes that Small Business people in Australia are not helped and/or encouraged by either State or Federal authorities to be better producers of goods and services and better Employers of labour.
